Our callback form asks only for your name, phone number, and selected insurance category. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. They pass through a Cloudflare Pages Function, then Resend delivers an email to [email protected], our agency mailbox hosted by Zoho. These providers process the information to operate and deliver the service. Requesting a callback does not authorize unrelated marketing. Do not enter policy numbers, financial information, medical details, or other sensitive information in this form.
Meta Instant Lead Forms (Facebook and Instagram)
If you submit an Instant Lead Form for Mercer-Sterling LLC on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, insurance interest, and contact preference. The form is hosted by Meta; it is separate from this website’s callback form and the First Connect quote form.

Hosting, security, and retention
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile bot protection. These services process technical information such as your IP address and browser signals. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Our callback rate-limit database (Cloudflare D1) stores keyed identifiers derived from network addresses, request counters, and expiry times—not names, phone numbers, insurance selections, or raw IP addresses. Limits use 15-minute network-address windows and one-hour agency-wide windows. Expired counters are removed when later rate-limit checks run; expiry is not a guaranteed deletion deadline. The callback code does not write your form entries to application logs.
Callback emails and provider records are separate from this rate-limit database and are not deleted by its cleanup. Provider backups may also retain earlier database versions after active counters are removed. Retention depends on agency and provider settings and applicable business and legal requirements. Contact us about retention or to request access, correction, or deletion; applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
First Connect quote form and third-party tracking
The embedded quote form is operated by First Connect. The details you enter there, such as your name, email, phone, message, and selected products, go directly to First Connect, rather than through our website’s callback endpoint. First Connect may provide the inquiry to our agency so we can respond.
Loading or using that form may allow First Connect and its providers to collect technical information and use cookies, analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies. Its handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Review First Connect’s privacy policy and consumer privacy notice and terms of use, including available privacy choices. You can call us instead of using the form.
